I have terracotta tiles in my house that have a water based topical seal on them that is wearing out. I understand from your website that I can reseal them by first cleaning with your Pre-Seal Cleaner (https://cswcoatings.com.au/product/pre-seal-cleaner/) and then applying your water based Film Forming Sealer (https://cswcoatings.com.au/product/film-forming-sealer-wb/).

The existing sealer on many of the tiles is scuffed. If I just apply your sealer on these tiles will that remove the scuffs or should I use another product to remove the old sealer first?

    Thanks

Not really as water based sealers operate very differently to say a solvent where the existing coating can be re-activated and re-formed. Also Pre-Seal Cleaner is more for a general clean of mostly organic soils and not necessarily petroleum based soils like shoe scuff marks.
Most applicators either strip back surface if wishing to start fresh with a product like our chemical stripper or alternatively… if existing sealer is still in good condition then a burnishing machine to clean.
