    Hi Rob,

Am i right in doing theĀ  following
    1. Pressure clean 3000psi
    2. Two coats penetrative sealer premium

It is important to illustrate that a penetrating sealer like Penetrating Sealer Premium is oil repellent which is typically not the first preference for a garage floor. Applicators typically opt for an oil resistant coating like an epoxy found here:
    https://cswcoatings.com.au/product-category/concrete/2-pack-epoxies
So a penetrating sealer is repellent whereas an epoxy is resistant. This is a very important distinction if main preference is for oil protection.

    1. Do i have to acid wash or will pressure clean do it
    2. Can i paint it afterwards or is it not necessary with the sealer. Better still does sealer come in colours

As far as pressure cleaning or acid etching our products preparation is consistent with most other products and best to see our Preparation Guide here:
    https://cswcoatings.com.au/preparation/
The epoxies come in colours though a penetrating sealer being sub-surface is close to invisible commonly called “natural look”. You would not need to mix products. Best settle on 1 product only.

    Hi Tex,

If someone wants to enhance the colour/look of their cement driveway and are happy with the current colour, should they use a enhancing sealer or use the concrete paint sealer (same colour)?

    Cheers.

Concrete Paint Sealer and an Enhancer will offer quite different results. Concrete Paint Sealer (being a full bodied topical coating) depth of colour/opacity will present similar to what one would expect from a paint.
An Enhancer on the other hand may add depth by darkening substrates, how much depends on how much of a chemical reaction takes place with that particular substrate. Eg: darker colours like light grey may react to dark grey and will achieve a higher reaction than lighter colours like say a beige.
So really depends on the look applicators are going for as if content with existing colour and just wish to inject some life into it (especially darker colours) and Enhancer may be appropriate.

    Hi Martin,

For applicators desiring a “natural look” sealer who are also concerned with the slip factor on inclined driveways then penetrating sealers are certainly the more popular approach.
Best to first view a quick side by side comparison on what level of stain protection is most suitable for your driveway here:
    https://cswcoatings.com.au/penetrating-sealer-range/
    Alternatively please use filters here:
    Penetrating Sealers
Another popular option is a film forming coating like:
    Protect & Enhance
    with:
    Extra Grip Additive
    added to increase traction.
Any further questions please do not hesitate to ask.

    Hi Craig,

For our single pack Driveway Paint section please see:

For our 2 pack Driveway Paint section please see:
    https://cswcoatings.com.au/product-category/concrete/2-pack-epoxies-external/

Alternatively please find our most popular selections below:
Concrete Paint Sealer (single pack coloured sealer)
    https://cswcoatings.com.au/product/concrete-paint-sealer/

      OR

Applicators concerned with slippery driveways typically opt for a textured product like:
    Non-Slip Paint (single pack textured)
    https://cswcoatings.com.au/product/non-slip-paint/
Which has a slip rating of P5 to Australian Standards. This may also be topcoated with:
    Film Forming Sealer WB
    https://cswcoatings.com.au/product/film-forming-sealer-wb/
    for ease of maintenance.

      OR

Applicators wishing for a higher abrasion and chemical resistant 2 pack will opt for:
    2 Pack Urethane (2 Pack)
    https://cswcoatings.com.au/product/2-pack-urethane/

Please see product page for Coverage as each product differs. eg: Concrete Paint Sealer
    https://cswcoatings.com.au/product/concrete-paint-sealer/
at recommended spread rates for 168sqm at 2 coats would require approx:
    2-3 x 20L drums
