I have a large area of concrete… coloured stamped driveway and front patio, and previously painted concrete which forms an additional part of the driveway and other areas around the house.

I am wanting to change the colour of both to one uniform colour.Would the Concrete Paint Sealer be good/best?

For preparation do I just high pressure wash the stamped concrete? On the remainder do I need to remove the previous paint by grinding, or just high pressure clean so all flaking paint is removed? Anything else?

Once the concrete has been painted/sealed would yearly coatings of a clear sealer be advisable? If so, which product?

    Thank you.

Yes for residential applications this is the go to product as is a full bodied colour:
    Concrete Paint Sealer

some applicators wishing for even higher performance will opt for a 2 pack like:
    2 Pack Urethane

as preparation will be specific to local application we have provided a general coating preparation guide which can be found here:

It would not be necessary and not advised as solvents re-activate on contact and could bleed the coloured sealer. Best to maintain surface and re-coat with Concrete Paint sealer when necessary.
